We’re looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in CMDB to design, develop, and optimize CMDB solutions. This role focuses on enhancing data integrity, automation, and integration—no testing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable CMDB solutions in ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain CI classes, relationships, and data models.
- Integrate CMDB with discovery tools (e.g., ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM).
- Automate data population, reconciliation, and normalization.
- Ensure CMDB data quality and compliance with ITIL standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CMDB with business needs.
- Create scripts, workflows, and documentation for CMDB processes.
