Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant DevOps Engineer

In this role, we are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native environments that ensure high availability, scalability, and security for our applications.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in automating and optimizing our software development, deployment, and infrastructure processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and IT operations, to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of software products.

Responsibilities

• .Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) : Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.
• .Infrastructure Automation : Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure.
• .Configuration Management : Implement configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) to automate the setup and maintenance of servers and applications.
• .Monitoring and Alerting : Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve performance issues and system outages.
• .Containerization : Work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to enable efficient application deployment and scaling.
• .Security : Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle and ensure the security of infrastructure and applications.
• .Collaboration : Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and provide DevOps support throughout the development lifecycle.
• .Performance Optimization : Identify performance bottlenecks in the infrastructure and applications and optimize system performance for better efficiency and scalability.
• .Disaster Recovery and Backup : Design and implement disaster recovery plans and backup strategies to ensure data integrity and system resilience.
• .Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
