Role Overview
We are looking for a Flutter Engineer who can take ownership of our mobile applications end-to-end — from architecture and performance optimization to UI polish and app store releases. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship new features quickly, iterate based on real feedback, and build delightful experiences for patients and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy production-grade Flutter apps for iOS and Android
- Collaborate with design and product to build pixel-perfect UIs and smooth UX
- Integrate RESTful APIs, real-time communication, and secure authentication flows
- Work with AWS-based microservices, Firebase, and push notifications
- Ensure high performance and maintainable code using best practices
- Implement CI / CD pipelines, build automation, and monitoring tools
- Manage releases on Play Store and App Store
- Debug production issues and improve stability and performance
