Location : Bengaluru

Experience : 5–7 years

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-performing, scalable systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance testing tools, application performance monitoring, and CI / CD environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and execute performance tests for applications and systems.
  • Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide performance improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Utilize performance monitoring and logging tools to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance testing .
  • Strong experience with one or more load testing tools (e.g., JMeter , K6 ).
  • Working experience with Git for version control.
  • Proficiency in using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-focused mindset.
  • Experience with log analysis using Kibana or Elasticsearch .
  • Basic understanding of AWS services and architecture.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) concepts and deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins , GitLab CI / CD ).
