Manage and grow existing key accounts within the Loyalty Program
Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase program adoption and revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
Identify new business opportunities and upsell / cross-sell program features
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to deliver exceptional client experiences
Analyze client data and program performance to inform account strategies
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and program growth objectives
Requirements :
Proven track record of success in managing and growing key accounts
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with loyalty programs or in a related industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation
