Sr. Pega Developer

We are looking for an experienced

Pega Developer

who can design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications using the Pega PRPC platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong integration skills, and a passion for delivering quality Pega solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Hyderabad, Bangalore And Pune

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of

Pega PRPC applications

(versions 6.x / 7.x / 8.x).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration with non-Pega systems (React, Angular, Java, etc.).

Manage and resolve

production issues , adhering to

incident management

and

SLA

guidelines.

Participate in

Agile ceremonies

and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Ensure adherence to

Pega best practices ,

ITIL standards , and

SDLC processes .

Provide technical guidance to junior developers and perform code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.

Required Qualifications

Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA)

certification

8+ years

of hands-on experience in

Pega PRPC 6.x / 7.x / 8.x

after certification.

At least

2 years

of experience with

Pega OOTB REST APIs

and

API integrations

with external applications.

Strong understanding of

Pega Case Management ,

PRPC design , and

implementation components

(Rules, Class Design, Security, Flows, Adapters, Services, Connectors).

Experience in

production support ,

incident / ticket management , and

root cause analysis .

Good knowledge of

Agile methodology ,

ServiceNow ,

JIRA , and

ITIL processes .

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

Pega DX API ,

Pega Cosmos , or

modern UI frameworks

(React / Angular).

Exposure to

Pega Implementation Methodology

and

Agile delivery environments .
