Responsibilities :
- Achieve the defined revenue and profitability goals for the North region as set by Eurofins Management.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and quotations to existing and prospective clients.
- Review contracts for new clients and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in the CRM system.
- Provide monthly sales reports and market intelligence to the Director – Food Assurance India.
- Develop and implement a strategic territory sales plan focused on key market segments.
- Lead and monitor the sales activities and performance of the Business Development team.
- Identify training needs for the sales team and ensure necessary capacity building.
- Support regional marketing initiatives and brand visibility efforts.
- Track and report competitor activities and market trends to management.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry associations.
- Identify at-risk customers and take proactive steps to retain them.
- Support collections and assist in ensuring timely payment follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to schedule client audits and manage deliverables.
- Recommend changes to procedures for customer service, sales operations, and overall client management to improve efficiency.
- Travel regularly across key cities to meet with customers and prospects.
- Assist in identifying suitable subcontractors, auditors, and trainers for the region.
- Promote Eurofins Assurance programs and services through strategic marketing efforts.
- Provide input for the development and implementation of new standards or 2nd party audit programs.
