About the Role
We are seeking a fluent Hindi and English-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a fast-growing international iGaming company. You will assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in Hindi and English.
- Provide effective solutions to customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
Fluency in Hindi and English is required.Knowledge of additional Indian languages (e.g., Urdu, Bengali) is a plus.Prior experience in customer support or call centres is preferred.Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.Team-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
