Qualifications and Requirements :

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business Administration
• Experience : 5+ years of experience in real estate project evaluation, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Technical Skills :
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling.
• In-depth understanding of DCPR 2034 and its implications for real estate development in Mumbai. Knowledge of financial metrics such as IRR, NPV, ROI, and DCF analysis.
• Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify key trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in analysis and reporting.
