Job descriptionOversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service. Manage and train staff, create schedules, and ensure team motivation. Maintain hygiene and safety standards, addressing guest complaints promptly. Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage stock levels. Enhance guest experience and promote sales through specials and events. Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or related field. 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage service. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in POS systems; knowledge of food safety standards preferred. Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays.
