Job Description : Telecaller (Financial Products)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling our financial products. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers, addressing their queries, and closing deals.
Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calling : Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our financial products, including loans, insurance, investments, etc.
- Customer Interaction : Effectively communicate with customers, address their queries, and provide relevant information.
- Sales and Lead Generation : Achieve sales targets and generate quality leads for the sales team.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and leads in our CRM system.
- Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance : Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Proven experience in tele calling or sales, preferably in the financial services industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Ability to handle objections and close deals.Basic knowledge of financial products and services.Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Skills (Preferred) :
Certification in financial services or sales.Fluency in multiple languages.Benefits
Salary Rs 8000- Rs 10000 +incentive(No Caping)
