Job Summary :

As the Front Desk Executive at The Nest, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and clients. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation, while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
• Provide accurate information about The Nest's services, facilities, and policies.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure all entries are accurate.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front office operations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail services.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
