Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate, senior individual to join Standard Chartered as the Associate Director, Process Mining Architect in the Group Transformation Office ("GTO").
Operational Excellence ("OE") Process Mining ("PM") is an integral part of the Group Transformation Office, and this role provides thought leadership and steer to Bank-wide Operational Excellence efforts in close partnership with senior management. The role requires driving holistic change by coaching and empowering people through multiple levers including process taxonomy & constructs, process reengineering, structural changes, digitisation, policy streamlining, targets and tracking, training, and accountability.
Specifically, this role will establish the data engineering framework for digitizing process analysis and process improvement, directly involved in both the execution of lighthouse PM initiatives, as well as the definition of a scalable, configurable, and robust data transformation machinery that will allow for PM to become an embedded practice across the bank. Establishing a community of practice and PM engineering training curriculum, this senior PM engineer will role-model process-driven, end-to-end thinking and scalable data engineering practices.
The Associate Director, Senior Process Mining Engineer is a global role based out of India, Poland or Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities Strategy
- Shape future evolutions of the process mining engineering framework
- Review and adopt technological advances in large scale data management and engineering
- Partner with other functions to embed holistic process tracing in systems and operations across the bank to maximize process mining coverage and thereby achieve targeted efficiency outcomes
