Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative based in Faridabad. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, promoting product features, processing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include handling customer complaints, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the development of customer service strategies.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address customer concerns effectively and professionally.
Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and the ability to upsell or cross-sell products.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Basic computer literacy
Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
