- Supports corporate teams with subsidiary management, guaranteeing homogeneity of processes across regions.
- Collaborates on administrative and accounting tasks for subsidiaries, including data collection and validation.
- Coordinates international administrative activities, such as documentation, reporting, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Reviews reports and expense control, registering customer and supplier invoices in the accounting system.
- Banks and account reconciliations, support in periodic tax preparation, and collaboration in report generation (balance sheets, income statements, management reports).
Responsibilities also include general administration tasks, digital file management, registration and control of administrative documentation, and support in registration procedures with suppliers, customers, banks, and official bodies.
Key qualifications include :
Familiarity with accounting principles and concepts.Intermediate-level Excel skills.Experience with accounting software for SMEs, such as QuickBooks or similar systems.Proficiency in English is required; Spanish fluency is considered an asset.Ability to analyze financial data, detect discrepancies or errors, and maintain accuracy in transaction recording.Strong organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
