Role Overview

As the Food & Nutrition Officer , you'll play a central role in building and leading the food innovation and nutrition vertical — from product ideation and R&D to nutritional strategy and consumer education.

You'll collaborate closely with chefs, product developers, marketing teams, and healthcare experts to create nutrition-first products and experiences that represent the core of Kefilo.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Menu Innovation :
• Develop and test functional food and beverage products aligned with wellness and nutrition goals.
• Collaborate with food technologists and culinary experts to design innovative recipes using clean and natural ingredients.
• Nutrition Strategy & Guidelines :
• Build the nutritional framework for Kefilo's offerings — from ready-to-eat foods to supplements.
• Define macronutrient / micronutrient balance and wellness outcomes for each product line.
• Research & Development :
• Lead R&D initiatives for new wellness products integrating science, taste, and technology.
• Collaborate with labs, dietitians, and universities for joint research projects and validation.
• Consumer & Corporate Wellness Programs :
• Create personalized nutrition plans and digital content for users, gyms, and wellness partners.
• Develop data-driven insights on nutrition trends, eating habits, and behavior change.
• Collaboration & Leadership :
• Work with the leadership team to align product innovation with business and brand goals.
• Mentor interns, nutritionists, and culinary team members in innovation and wellness communication.
