Role Overview

As a Green Building Consultant , you’ll work across interdisciplinary projects, helping clients meet sustainability goals through certifications, simulations, and strategic design integration.

️ Responsibilities

Support green building certifications (EDGE, IGBC, LEED, WELL)

Conduct basic building simulations (energy, daylighting, lighting)

Interpret energy codes and standards (ASHRAE, ECBC, ECC)

Collaborate with design teams and manage sustainability integration

Review construction drawings and specifications

Manage projects, timelines, budgets, and client relationships

Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

Required :

2+ years of experience / training in green building roles

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills

Self-motivated with a growth mindset

Preferred :

Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Mechanical / Electrical / Building Systems Engineering, or Sustainability

Experience with life-cycle assessment and sustainability reporting

Prior project management on sustainability-focused builds

Green Building Credentials (LEED GA / AP, EDGE Expert, IGBC AP)
