Job description

Job Title : Content Strategist (1 Year Experience)

Company : Softrica

Location : 312, Prime Shoppers, Vesu, Surat

Work Type : Onsite (Mandatory)

Timings : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM (Mon – Sat)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Strategist who can plan, create, optimize and scale content across LinkedIn, Website, Email, Case Studies, Talent Branding & Founder Ghostwriting. You will play a key role in building Softrica's inbound authority + pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Plan monthly content calendar aligned with IT hiring & staffing narrative trends
  • Research competitor content + trending B2B positioning
  • Create short / long form content for LinkedIn, blogs, email sequences, landing pages
  • Founder ghost content building + narrative architecture
  • SEO + Content optimization for inbound, lead growth and demand gen
  • Build sales enablement content (pitch angles, scripts, punchlines, positioning blocks)
  • Track content performance, analytics & experimentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in Content Writing / Content Strategy roles
  • Strong research capability with ability to translate insights into strategic narratives
  • Exposure / understanding of SaaS, IT Services & Staffing industry (preferred advantage)
  • Understanding of LinkedIn organic growth mechanics, content hooks & performance signals
  • Exceptional English writing with strong storytelling + humanized communication style
  • Full-time onsite availability at Softrica office is mandatory
