Should have minimum 7+ yrs of experience.

Lead design and discovery workshops for Oracle CRM (Service Cloud) applications.

Define and manage the overall archiving and decommissioning strategy.

Oversee the extraction of Oracle CRM data and components for migration or archival.

Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and data integrity.

Strong experience in Oracle Service Cloud and CRM architecture.

Proven ability to lead large-scale decommission or migration projects.

Expertise in Oracle data extraction, archiving, and compliance processes.
