Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience : 2-3 years

Salary : 6-9 LPA

We're looking for a talent acquisition specialist to help with our hiring needs. You’ll work closely with leaders to fill key openings in the teams. You’ll have the chance to be part of a startup work culture that takes ownership of their work and constantly strives to go beyond the necessary.

What are the responsibilities?

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Take complete ownership and manage end to end recruitment
  • Undertake a few operational tasks if need be

What are the skills required?

  • 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition for a software product company (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Interest and experience in startups and internet business is a plus.
