Job Summary :

We are hiring a Dynamics 365 CRM Supervisor to support hands-on implementation of CRM Service and Power Pages solutions. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who can lead day-to-day configuration and portal development tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM Service modules and Power Pages portals.
  • Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with developers and analysts to deliver functional solutions.
  • Provide technical support and documentation for CRM and portal users.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM for Service and Power Pages.
  • Proficient in CRM configuration, Power Platform tools, and portal development.
  • Experience with web roles, permissions, and portal customization.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
