About the Role
You will be the on-ground face of PD Consulting (under BizVidya, NPPD, HGK) in Bhubaneswar. Your role is to drive awareness, generate leads, engage potential clients, and support business growth in your territory by executing field-level marketing and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Execute field marketing campaigns and promotional activities in your assigned area (wards, localities, institutions, etc.).
Meet and interact with prospective clients (schools, coaching centers, institutions, parents, etc.) and present the offerings of BizVidya / NPPD / HGK.
Generate leads and convert them (or handover to sales team) per given targets.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis in your territory : map potential schools / institutes, understand competitor presence, pricing, offerings.
Plan and execute roadshows, seminars, demos, workshops, and awareness drives.
Distribute marketing collaterals, brochures, banners, signage, and sample materials.
Maintain and update CRM / lead management system with daily activity reports, follow-ups, status, feedback, etc.
Monitor and maintain brand visibility at partner institutions, events, etc.
Liaise with local stakeholders (schools, coaching institutes, community groups) for tie-ups, permissions, and collaborations.
Track and report KPIs : number of leads generated, conversion, footfalls, events held, territories covered, etc.
Work with central marketing / product teams to implement campaigns, promotions, and feedback for improvements.
Ensure proper budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control for field activities.
Travel extensively within Bhubaneswar and nearby areas as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Commerce / Marketing / Business Administration preferred).
Prior experience (1–2 years) in field sales / field marketing / business development is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Bengali / Odia / Hindi / English).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good planning, organizing, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Comfortable with heavy field work, travel, and meeting targets.
Proficiency in basic digital tools (mobile apps, MS Office, CRM tool).
Must own a bike / two-wheeler and valid Driving License (DL) (since travel across the city / field is essential).
Knowledge of local geography and familiarity with Bhubaneswar's institutions, neighborhoods, etc.

Working Conditions
Field-based role : mostly outdoors, with frequent travel, site visits, meetings.
Flexible work hours : may include weekends / evenings if needed for events.
