Telecaller

Job Description :

We are hiring Telecallers to join our dynamic team at KAP Call Center Pvt. Ltd. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for talking to people, this is the right opportunity for you!

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound / inbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Share product / service information clearly and effectively
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain records of calls and update CRM systems
• Follow up on leads and ensure closure

Requirements :

Minimum qualification : PUC / Any Degree

Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and / or English

Prior experience in a call center / BPO is an advantage (Freshers can apply)

Basic computer knowledge
