Job description7+ years of experience in the AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science space (industry or academic). 2+ years of experience teaching online , preferably to adult learners or business professionals. Strong grasp of both technical depth and business application —you can teach concepts like neural networks and also explain how AI drives business transformation. Excellent communication and storytelling skills , with the ability to simplify complex topics. Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, Jupyter Notebooks, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Tableau / Power BI, and Git. Understanding of AI’s strategic role in automation, decision-making, and innovation across industries. Genuine passion for teaching , mentoring, and creating meaningful learning experiences. Experience mentoring capstone or industry projects . Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks , or LLM-based systems . A portfolio of past workshops, content, or instructional material . About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced AI Faculty Member to join our growing EdTech team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and making complex AI concepts accessible and relevant to business contexts. You’ll deliver engaging live online sessions on weekends, helping adult learners and working professionals master the real-world application of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging live online classes (via Zoom) on core AI and Data Science topics, including but not limited to :
- Data Analytics & Visualization
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Generative AI & Agentic AI Systems
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Computer Vision
- AI Strategy & Business Use-Cases
- AI Ethics & Responsible AI
- AI in Digital Transformation
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Design and teach lessons that are practical, application-focused, and tailored to business relevance.
- Incorporate real-world case studies and examples to demonstrate the integration of AI into various industries and functions.
- Encourage active learning through discussions, hands-on activities, and project work.
- Mentor learners , supporting them with project guidance, assignment feedback, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and an excellent learner experience.
- Stay current with AI trends , tools, and industry applications to bring the latest insights to your teaching.
