Description : Role Purpose :

The Regional Sales Manager will spearhead our business development efforts in the designated region, driving growth and expanding our market presence. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging your expertise in project sales and territory management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners within the building materials and interior architecture sectors.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product launches.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accountability and transparency in the sales process.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to market needs and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

Education Requirements :

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements :

8-15 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in project sales and territory management within the building materials or interior architecture industries.

Technical Skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of building materials, architectural hardware, glassware, and window films.
  • Proficiency in sales planning and channel distribution strategies.
  • Strong understanding of commercial projects and interior architecture.
  • Soft Skills :

  • Exceptional adaptability and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Certifications :

    Any relevant sales or project management certifications will be considered an advantage.
