First-Level Technical Support
Knowledge on O365 and Windows installation
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network problems.
Provide support for login issues, printer problems, and basic application errors.
Respond to user-reported issues via ticketing systems, email, or phone.
Perform regular updates and patches on operating systems (especially Windows).
Create, modify, and delete user accounts in Active Directory or similar systems.
Documentation and Reporting
Log incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ticketing systems.
Maintain records of hardware / software inventory and support activities
Coordinate with vendors or senior IT staff for unresolved problems.
