Job description

Alumerix is seeking a full-time Social Media and Sales Expert to lead our internal digital presence, audience engagement, and growth strategy across online platforms. This is a remote-first role with flexible working hours, ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys building brand visibility and generating business opportunities through digital channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow Alumerix’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., , Instagram, X)
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create and schedule high-impact posts, visuals, and messaging
  • Support digital lead generation and inbound / outbound sales efforts
  • Build and nurture online communities and audiences
  • Track campaign performance and generate actionable insights and reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams on brand, marketing, and business development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in social media management and / or digital sales
  • Strong communication and content creation skills (copy, visuals, video basics)
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Ads, HubSpot (or similar)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across time zones
  • Availability for regular meetings during Central European business hours

  • Hours : Full-time (40 hours per week) Freelancer
  • Location : Remote (Europe time zone compatibility preferred)
  • Start Date : Ideal start by August 2025
  • Interviews : Two rounds with the Alumerix team
