We are seeking a skilled SSIS Support Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain SSIS packages in our production and development environments. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with SQL Server, and the ability to analyze and resolve ETL-related issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SSIS package executions and troubleshoot failures
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring ETL failures or data issues
• Manage SQL Server Agent jobs and ensure SLAs are met
• Handle support tickets, incident reporting, and communication with business / data teams
• Validate data loads, check data integrity, and perform data reconciliations
• Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
• Maintain logging, alerts, and email notifications in SSIS packages
• Support deployments and configuration management across Lookup environments
