  • Working on a complete recruitment cycle.
  • Resolving and addressing day-to-day admin-related issues.
  • Managing applications in ATS.
  • Handling employee engagement.
  • Assigning work to office staff.
  • Handling the onboarding process.
  • Handling the exit process.
  • Ensuring a structured management of all the important data of the company.
  • Working on other administration-related works.

    • Requirements :

    • Good communication skills.
    • Experience with any ATS & HRMS, preferably Zoho Recruit & Zoho People.
    • Must be proficient in English (written and spoken).
    • Must have a problem-solving attitude.
    • Must be professional and approachable to the employees.
    • Must be tech-savvy.

      • Benefits : 5 day work-week.
