The Monetisation team is the backbone of our content streaming business, enhancing user experience while driving our core business model. Focused on impact, insights, and continuous improvement, this team is dedicated to excellence.

About the Role :

We’re seeking a Product Manager to shape our product experience and monetization strategy. You'll work on key initiatives like—Subscription, User Experience, Loyalty Programs, Pricing, Offers—while balancing user needs between binge-watchers and samplers. This role demands strong user empathy, analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and insight generation. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to gather insights, prioritize features, and drive the roadmap for a world-class experience.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a product roadmap and strategy that leverages data insights, aligning with user and business needs
• Effectively communicate complex ideas, fostering alignment among leadership and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with various product teams to develop solutions to shared challenges across multiple product lines
• Influence company leadership to explore and adopt bold innovations, including integrating generative AI technologies
