Role Overview :
As HoReCa ( Hotel , Restaurant and cafes ) Collection Management Lead , you will drive the strategy and execution of our Collection Network under Goa DRS. This includes identifying, onboarding, and managing both fixed collection points (e.g., public drop-off zones, Gram Panchayat centers) and HoReCa pickups . You will own the full value chain—from space identification to pickup planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the setup of fixed and mobile collection points across Goa.
- Collaborate with local authorities and private establishments to secure space.
- Define SOPs for waste intake, material segregation, and temporary storage.
- Build a team to manage day-to-day collections and upkeep of collection points.
- Align with the Fleet and RVM teams to ensure real-time pickups and transparency.
- Analyze volume trends and optimize collection density and placement.
Requirements :
Strong experience in field ops or infra rollouts; waste domain experience a plus.Excellent stakeholder management skills (Govt. bodies, vendors, HoReCa).Strong operational discipline and people management capabilities.Ground-level execution mindset with strategic thinking abilitySkills Required
