Performance Test Engineer

Position : Performance Test Lead – LoadRunner

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Lead with expertise in LoadRunner to manage performance testing projects. You’ll lead teams, analyze results, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery of performance testing. Strong leadership, communication, and hands-on experience in performance testing are key.

Key Responsibilities :

Performance Testing : Design, develop, and execute tests using LoadRunner , identify bottlenecks, and optimize system performance.

Team Leadership : Mentor and manage performance testing teams, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.

Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report project progress to leadership.

Project Delivery : Oversee the entire performance testing lifecycle, from requirements to sign-off, ensuring quality and KPIs are met.

Technical Expertise : Proficient in LoadRunner , AppDynamics , Dynatrace , and scripting for protocols like HTTP / HTML , Web Services , and SAP .

Required Skills :

6+ years in performance testing with 3+ years in LoadRunner .

Proven leadership and project management experience.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with tools like JMeter , Neoload , and cloud platforms ( AWS , Azure , GCP ).

LoadRunner or Performance Testing certifications.
