Cleo Cloud Integration Developer

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic data interchange protocols and experience implementing solutions using Cleo Integration Cloud. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining EDI transactions between our partners and ensuring seamless data flow.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of overall experience in integration development (EDI, ERP)
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in EDI development or EDI support roles within the Cleo Cloud Solutions platform.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and integration tools
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Experience with development on AS / 400 is a must.
• Experience with RPG / COBOL to make changes to existing jobs and programs is a key skill needed for this role.
• You should have worked with AS / 400 managing job schedules, job failures and data fixes as needed.
• Experience working with EDI standards (e.G., X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON). Familiarity with knowledge of data transformation and EDI mapping tools (e.G., IBM Sterling, Cleo CIC, Studio, OpenText, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy when mapping data, configuring integrations, and troubleshooting issues.
• Experience in supply chain management or similar industries where EDI is heavily used.
• Understanding of EDI communication protocols (e.G., AS2, FTP, SFTP, VANs).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and an ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
