Pay-Per-Click Specialist (PPC Specialist)

Job Summary :

The PPC Specialist will be the central contact person for business partners, responsible for creating media plans and strategies, setting up, managing, optimizing, and maintaining paid search campaigns for Mekanism PPC India. You will ensure that campaigns are delivered on brief, tracking and tagging techniques are applied consistently using the agreed media plan and methodology, and insights are used to continuously improve and optimize results.

This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms — primarily Google Ads, Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) — to drive traffic, generate leads, and meet marketing goals.

Accountabilities :

Plan, develop, and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, , and Meta

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and write compelling ad copy

Manage budgets and optimize performance based on KPIs (CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.)

Analyze campaign data and deliver reports with clear, actionable insights

Stay updated on trends and best practices in the paid advertising ecosystem

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

2–4 years of relevant experience (event or agency background preferred)

Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions

Proven experience with Google Ads, Ads, and Meta Ads

Familiar with digital tracking, reporting tools, and basic analytics

Experience with Google Tag Manager & Analytics is a plus

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or Ads are a bonus
