Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.Handle employee relations by addressing queries and resolving workplace concerns effectively.Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits in a timely and accurate manner.Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and legal compliance.Coordinate and drive employee engagement activities to maintain a motivated and inclusive work culture.Maintain HR records, employee files, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.Conduct and facilitate HR-related training sessions for students, including resume-building, interview preparation, and soft skills development.Organize and deliver job-readiness workshops focusing on platforms such as Naukri , LinkedIn , and other professional portals.Support placement-related HR activities by collaborating with training and placement teams to prepare students for interviews.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the IT training or EdTech sector .Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and Indian labor / employment laws.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using HR software and job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.Passion for mentoring and guiding students for corporate readiness.
