Looking for an experienced Estate Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and tenant relations at the site. The role includes managing vendors, budgets, and compliance to ensure smooth property functioning and high tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and landscaping.

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants / residents.

Oversee budgets, rent collection, and vendor payments.

Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.

Maintain property records, leases, and statutory documentation.
