We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 5 to 10 years of expertise in React JS, .NET, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server. The ideal candidate will lead the development of complex, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using React JS and .NET.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Develop and maintain Web APIs and microservices using .NET Core or .NET Framework.
• Design and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL or SQL Server) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in coding best practices and system design.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and security practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
