Responsibilities : Understand client requirements and create search strategies to identify suitable candidates. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and competencies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling and coordination. Build strong relationships with candidates and secure referrals. Negotiate terms of employment and gain candidate commitment. Collaborate with the North America sales team to meet client needs. Provide regular updates to candidates and ensure timely communication.
