Identifying new Business OpportunitiesForging strong client relationshipsAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededConduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs and challenges.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Present ERP solutions to prospective clients through product demonstrations and sales pitches.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesCollaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutionsThe Profile
