Key Responsibilities :
- Attain deep knowledge of all live sound products across Ansata s brands and stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
- Engage proactively with partners dealers and stakeholders in the respective regions to coordinate support training and project activities effectively.
- Provide prompt and effective remote technical support and deliver product training to customers independently.
- Offer on-site support for live events managing seamless setup configuration operation and post-show reporting while strictly following brand-specific procedures.
- Understand customer requirements assess feasibility collect detailed site data and create precise installation designs Bills of Quantity and proposals that align with budgets and timelines.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any field.Any Diploma / Certification / Degree in the field of Audio from a reputed institution.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Hands-on experience in the field of live sound or rental is a plus.We are hiring for Hyderabad Kochi and ChennaiFluency in the local language is preferred.Benefits
