We are now hiring a business consultant who is eager to learn and take ownership of client projects and apply their analytical skills to diverse business challenges. The role offers exposure to multiple domains, allowing candidates to develop a well-rounded consulting acumen while contributing meaningfully to impactful projects.

Role Description

This is a contract-based, freelance role . Our content calendar is ready—we need a designer to translate it into sharp, on-brand creatives.

• Own end-to-end design for ~8 posts / month (static + carousels; light motion a plus).
• Convert provided copy / hooks into high-impact, scroll-stopping visuals aligned with A3M brand.
• Create reusable templates, cover thumbnails, and maintain visual consistency across series.
• Collaborate asynchronously; deliver on agreed timelines with 1–2 revision rounds per post.
• Handoff tidy source files and exports; update a lightweight style guide as needed.
