Role Summary This role is responsible for leading complex, multi-functional, and global learning services teams and global projects to enhance stakeholder and learner experiences, ultimately delivering world-class service operations. The position requires strong governance, project management, and HR process expertise, with a focus on continuous improvement, compliance, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Management

  • Lead global learning services projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
  • Define and track project deliverables in collaboration with the Head of Global Learning & Talent Services.
  • Direct planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities across all defined stages.
  • Manage relationships with cross-functional and global stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Identify and resolve complex project issues, ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Track and report on project schedules, costs, and critical activities. Operations & Service Delivery
  • Oversee service delivery operations to ensure high-quality learner and stakeholder experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to standardize and optimize HR and learning processes.
  • Drive operational excellence through rigorous follow-up, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Visualize and create dashboards and metrics to track delivery across service lines and programs. Governance & Compliance
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks for Learning processes to ensure compliance with internal standards, policies and regulations.
  • Establish controls and monitoring mechanisms to uphold data accuracy, quality and regulatory adherence.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements. Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Lead change management initiatives related to learning process improvements.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation. Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Extensive experience in global project, program, and operations management.
  • Proven expertise in HR management, including process and tool implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and learning & talent systems.
  • Proficiency in MLL-CSOD with strong techno-functional acumen.
  • Deep knowledge of HR systems, data privacy regulations, and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for global stakeholder engagement.
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project).
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Practical Experience with Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Schedule : Full-time Req : 0099KC
