Accounting & Bookkeeping for US clients on QuickBooks

Designation : Accountant

Experience : 3 Years +

Location : Rajkot

Full Time : Monday to Saturday

Timings : 10 AM to 8 PM

Our client is a Rajkot-based firm specializing in US accounting and taxation services. We cater to a wide range of clients across the US, providing expert solutions in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Our team is proficient in using industry-standard software such as QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) to deliver accurate and timely financial support to our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Monthly Accounting and bookkeeping for each client.
• Reconcile Bank and credit card accounts.
• Finalize monthly PL and BS and deliver to the client.
• Assist with preparing financial statements and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Help manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare tax filings.
• Software : QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Excel, Gmail
