About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Visiting Faculty for Aptitude Training to train students in Quantitative, Logical, and Verbal Aptitude. The faculty will play a key role in enhancing students’ problem-solving abilities and preparing them for campus placements, competitive exams, and aptitude assessments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct classroom sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability.
- Design and deliver structured training modules suited for placement readiness.
- Develop and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and mock tests to assess learning outcomes.
- Share effective problem-solving techniques, time management tips, and shortcut methods.
- Provide individual guidance and feedback to improve students’ accuracy and speed.
- Coordinate with the Placement and Academic teams for session scheduling and performance tracking.
- Support in organizing mock placement tests, aptitude workshops, and feedback sessions.
Required Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.Minimum 2–5 years of teaching or training experience in aptitude and reasoning.Strong knowledge of quantitative techniques, reasoning concepts, and verbal ability.Experience with campus recruitment test patterns or competitive exams (CAT, GRE, etc.) is desirable.Preferred Skills :
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.Ability to simplify concepts for diverse learning levels.
