Job Title : Legal Manager - Non-Litigation

Location : Mumbai, Andheri

Job Description : Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The Legal Manager will be responsible for handling a wide range of non-litigation legal matters, with a primary focus on contract management and related work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of contract law, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to provide sound legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Contract Management :
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to :
• Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements
• Master service agreements (MSAs)
• Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
• Vendor agreements
• Partnership agreements
• Client contracts
• Technology licensing agreements
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including tracking key dates, obligations, and deliverables.
• Maintain an organized contract database and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams on contract-related matters.
• Legal Advisory and Support :
• Provide legal advice and support on various non-litigation matters, including corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
• Liaise with external counsel as needed.
• Compliance :
• Ensure the company's operations and business practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise internal stakeholders on their implications.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs on legal and compliance matters.
