Job descriptionAcquire new business from GCCs, startups, and software product companies . Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Increase brand presence through networking, outreach, and industry connections. Create and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups. Work closely with internal teams for seamless delivery and client success. 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development. Strong background in recruitment, HR consulting, or L&D services .(Eg. Monster or Naukri) Based in Hyderabad or Bangalore . Excellent communication, networking, and client-handling skills. Proven experience in building visibility and bringing in large accounts.
