Overview :
To work as a leader for sales targets of Pune region, achievement of sales targets of focus Products, identification of new project sites. Promotional activities in their respective territories, development of distributors & dealer network, detailed analysis of the market and competitor’s activity.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead to pursue strategic sales opportunities and consistently achieve personal and regional sales targets.
- Handle entire portfolio of Waterproofing / sealants / flooring / grouts / repairs and maintenance.
- Drive business development by identifying high-potential customers and distributors, generating market intelligence, and collaborating with product and process developers to unlock new applications and future growth.
- Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to relevant functional departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Spearhead the identification and acquisition of new customers and distributors, guiding the team in expanding market reach and uncovering high-potential opportunities.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts to enable efficient planning and consistently uphold safety standards across all operational environments.
- Oversee and facilitate seamless coordination between customer service, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure effective execution of product promotions, trials, and related initiatives.
- Lead by example and implement best practices to safeguard the well-being of both team members and external stakeholders.
- Must have an experience in handling team.
Qualifications
BE / BTech - Civil Engineering + MBA desirable.Minimum sales experience of 10 + years in Construction Chemicals.
