We are looking for a skilled Full Stack development Lead to lead our web development projects from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical ability with creative problem-solving and leadership skills to deliver high-performing, visually stunning digital experiences.

As a Full Stack Development Lead, you will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and developers to build responsive, scalable, and user-centric websites and web applications while maintaining high code quality and development standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of full-stack developers in building and maintaining web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend) .
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Review code, mentor team members, and ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage CI / CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where beneficial.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend : React, TypeScript, Redux, REST APIs
  • Backend : Python, Django / Flask / FastAPI
  • Database : PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
  • DevOps : Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD (GitHub Actions / Jenkins), AWS / GCP
  • Other : Git, Agile / Scrum, RESTful and GraphQL APIs

    • What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience of minimum 5+ Years as a Full Stack Developer or Engineering Lead .
  • Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend practices.
  • Solid backend experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Experience designing and managing scalable cloud deployments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion for clean code, performance, and developer productivity.

    • Nice To Have

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to machine learning or data-driven applications.
  • Prior experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
