Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Head of Operations to lead the operations at our Delhi Head Office located at Kirti Nagar, Delhi with precision and strategic foresight. This leadership role is central to driving organizational excellence through structured planning, interdepartmental coordination, and effective team management.

Day-to-day tasks include overseeing all operations activities, managing budgets, communicating with all levels of staff, and ensuring efficiency and productivity across the organization. The Head of Operations will be responsible for developing strategic plans, coordinating with various departments, and leading operational projects to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Execution :

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company's overall business objectives.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans and initiatives.
• Forecast future needs and allocate resources (personnel, budget, technology, etc.) effectively.

Around 9 - 10 lacs per annum depending upon the candidate profile
