4) Microsoft Dynamics F&O Functional SCM-Manufacturing and Production
Certifications : Minimum two relevant Microsoft certifications
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and deliver end-to-end ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) , specifically within the Finance module.
- Conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions , translating business needs into effective functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and implement Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Project Management .
- Prepare and own all project documentation such as Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design, Functional Design, and Training materials .
- Collaborate with the development team to test, validate, and deploy system enhancements.
- Utilize Azure DevOps or similar project management tools for tracking and reporting project tasks.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for financial systems and process optimization.
- Estimate effort and time requirements for assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and task delegation to team members, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
- Identify issues proactively, escalate as necessary, and coordinate effective resolutions.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of finance business processes and integration across ERP modules.Hands-on experience in system configuration and functional testing.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Proficiency in project and fixed asset accounting within D365 F&O.Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels.Soft Skills :
